Sime Hospitality, Hospitality Division manages two premium brands of serviced apartments, namely Darby Park Executive Suites and Orange Court Service Residences, catering to a wide segment of the services accommodation market.

In Singapore Darby Park Executive Suites is only minutes away from Orchard Road. Darby Park appeals to mid and senior executives whose stay is at least 1 - 6 months. All of the 75 units are fully furnished with housekeeping services daily except Sundays and Public Holidays.

In Kuala Lumpur, the Hospitality Division manages PNB Darby Park Executive Suites, a popular service apartment that caters to both short & long-term visitors. With 340 units, there are One to Four-bedroom apartments available as well as an extensive range of facilities including a well-equipped gymnasium, tennis court, squash court, putting green, swimming pool, jogging track, restaurants and Coffee House.

Rangdong Orange Court is the first luxurious service apartment to be opened in the coastal city of Vung Tau, Vietnam, where major oil research and port facilities are situated. With 69 apartments, comprising One, Two & Three-Bedroom, the service apartment is the ideal accommodation for both short & long-term stay. With the first squash court available in Vung Tau, its sporting facilities and well-appointed rooms, Rangdong Orange Court Service Residences has been graded under the Luxurious Residence category by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
